She then completed her Bachelors of Nursing, Magnum Cum Laude from State University of Buffalo School Nursing in 1986. Lucy is both a Certified Nurse Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from American Nursing Credential Committee and a Certified Otolaryngology Head and Neck Nurse now for over 25 years.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">She has also been the recipient of the Perceptions of Excellence from the Women&#8217;s and Children&#8217;s Hospital. Lucy has extensive knowledge in the care of children with tracheotomy and is a good resource for families with children with a tracheotomy. She is also an expert in hypopharyngeal pH probes and evaluation of children with extra-esophageal reflux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lucy and her husband Lavon reside in the Buffalo area where they raised their son Rob.
