Lucille Kingston, RN, PNP has been a practicing nurse for over 40 years. Lucille has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat Associates (PENTA) for more than 35 years. She helps provide excellent care to children with ear, nose and throat problems.
Lucy earned her degree of nursing from Buffalo General School of Nursing and began her professional care at Women’s and Children’s Hospital (now Oishei Children’s Hospital) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Room. She then completed her Bachelors of Nursing, Magnum Cum Laude from State University of Buffalo School Nursing in 1986. Lastly she earned her Masters Degree and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree in 1991 also from the State University of Buffalo.
Lucy Kingston is an active member of the Society of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Nursing, serving 2 years on the Board of Directors as well as being an active member of the education committee for 10 years. Lucy is both a Certified Nurse Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from American Nursing Credential Committee and a Certified Otolaryngology Head and Neck Nurse now for over 25 years.
She has also been the recipient of the Perceptions of Excellence from the Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Lucy has extensive knowledge in the care of children with tracheotomy and is a good resource for families with children with a tracheotomy. She is also an expert in hypopharyngeal pH probes and evaluation of children with extra-esophageal reflux.
Lucy and her husband Lavon reside in the Buffalo area where they raised their son Rob. She enjoys walking and traveling especially weekend trips to NYC to visit her son.
