To better serve our patients, our offices have state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to perform many in-office procedures. We offer a number of in-office services including hearing assessment, esophageal reflux testing, wax removal, and newborn frenotomy for infants having problems with breastfeeding due to tongue tie. We offer video endoscopy to record your ear, nose and throat exam so you can see too!
Flexible Fiberoptic Laryngoscopy
With the use of a newborn sized flexible fiberoptic laryngoscope, we are able to diagnose your child better in the office. This procedure takes about 1-2 minutes and allows us to examine the nasal passages, throat, and larynx. We are able to evaluate for laryngomalacia, extra-esophageal reflux, enlarged adenoids, and much more with this convenient office procedure.
We record our video exams so you can see too!
Binocular Microscopy
At both of our locations, we have high quality binocular microscopes that allow a more detailed exam and help our providers with many in office procedures.

Hypopharyngeal pH Probe
A thin, bendable, tube is inserted into your child’s nose and into the back of the throat. The probe is connected to a small monitor that will record acid levels over a 24 hour period. This information can help determine if your child is experiencing gastroesophageal reflux into the back of their throat. The probe can be placed in the office and removed the next day.
Newborn frenotomy for tongue tie release
Some infants are born with a short lingual frenulum or tongue tie. This condition tethers the tongue and often prevents the baby from latching, making it difficult or impossible to breast feed. Early referral to our office for newborn in-office frenotomy can release the tongue tie and allow the baby and mother to enjoy breast feeding just minutes after the procedure is completed.
