At PENTA, we strive to maintain our patients health and safety. This is why we wanted to share an coronavirus update with you. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking precautions to assist our patients and families in several ways.
If your child is experiencing any ENT problems, we are glad to assist our patients with either urgent visits or telehealth visits. We are maintaining our office cleanliness and disinfecting between all patient encounters. Please call us at (716)362-9730 to speak with one of our staff members for a coronavirus update.
We are also offering Tele-medicine Video and Telephone visits. We are offering virtual visits to continue to treat your child in a timely manner from the safety of your own home. A virtual visits is confidential and HIPPA compliant. Video and telephone visits are a free option with no copay or deductible due for the visit during the COVID-19 crisis in NYS according to government officials. If you feel this is an option for you and your child, please call our office at (716) 362-9730 so we can arrange a time with one of our providers.
If your child or anyone in the family is experiencing fever, cough, or shortness of breath, we encourage you to call your primary physician.
